High intensity works for me but only if recovery is on point Otherwise I feel beat up pretty fast

I usually run a program 8–12 weeks minimum If strength is still going up I don’t see a reason to switch

For isolation lifts slower reps work great For big compounds it just limits the load too much for me

I treat cardio like a tool If I notice fat creeping up too fast I add a session If my weight stalls I pull it back

I’ve used collagen peptides (10 g/day) for 12 weeks and noticed less joint ache especially in my knees Not a miracle cure but it helped

Yeah man deloads make a big difference I used to push through fatigue but ended up stalling Now I take a deload every 6–8 weeks and come back stronger
