Minor form breakdown is normal on heavy sets Big breakdown means the weight’s too heavy

Pull-ups matter more to me than barbell numbers If you can do 5–10 clean reps that’s good progress at 6 months

PPL works best for me but only when I run it over 8–9 days instead of 6 The extra rest days keep me from burning out

Carbs before and after workouts just make me feel stronger and fuller Even if it’s mental I’ll take it better pumps and better workouts
