expectations are important Creatine wont fix bad training or poor nutrition but it can be useful when the basics are already handled

I would avoid making large calorie increases just because progress seems slow for a few days. Give the current intake enough time to produce a meaningful trend before changing it

Lentils and beans have become much more useful to me during cutting because the extra fiber helps with hunger.
