Full body workouts helped me a lot when I started easy to follow and you get stronger fast

I began with a push pull legs split but it was too much full body 3 days a week worked better

Focus on learning from first doesn’t matter what plan you follow it your form is bad

Full body is great for beginners you hit everything without over training

I started with basic lifts like squats bench and rows keep it simple and stay consistent

Don’t overthink it pick a plan and stick with it for at least 3 months

I did full body for 2 months then switched to upper lower split that worked best for me

Whatever plan you choose focus on progressive overload lift a little more each week
