I usually start by looking at the actual ingredients instead of the marketing on the front

I compare the serving size because two products can look similar but have very different amounts per serving

I check whether there is good research supporting the main ingredient before considering the product

I usually avoid making a decision based on influencer recommendations alone

I compare products within the same category because comparing completely different formulas does not tell me much
