I’ve tried HCl and mono back to back Zero difference in strength or size Only thing I noticed is HCl mixes a little easier

Monohydrate is still the only one that actually shows consistent results in studies All the fancy versions feel like marketing to me

I stick to monohydrate because it’s cheap and it works If something better really existed pros would be all over it by now

The only time HCl made sense for me was when my stomach felt weird on mono But once I switched brands even that stopped

I’ve never noticed a performance difference My lifts go up the same with any form The extras are mostly just label hype

Buffered creatine didn’t do anything special for me Monohydrate is the only one that gives me reliable water retention and fullness

Honestly the biggest factor is just taking it consistently Doesn’t matter which type it works only if you don’t forget it
