I feel like I’ve been lifting the same weights for months Do you guys use any progress tracking apps or just go by how your physique looks Trying to stay encouraged here

I use a simple notes app to track my lifts Seeing the numbers go up even by 5 lbs reminds me I’m still progressing even if I don’t see it yet Strength is usually the first sign before the mirror catches up

Photos 100% I take one every 4–6 weeks under the same lighting You don’t notice daily changes but comparing side by side over time really shows how far you’ve come

I just write everything down in a small notebook Old school but it works If I can do one more rep or lift slightly heavier than last month I know I’m improving

Body measurements help a lot too Tape around the chest arms waist every few weeks Sometimes the scale doesn’t move but the tape tells a different story

I don’t use apps just go by feel and consistency My workouts meals and sleep are my progress check As long as I’m sticking to the plan, I know the results will come eventually

I track in the Strong app It’s simple and keeps a full history of my lifts Looking back at what I used to bench or squat is super motivating when the mirror’s not showing much

Honestly I stopped obsessing over looks and started focusing on performance Hitting new rep PRs better pump more endurance those are signs you’re growing even if you don’t see it yet
