Some weigh every gram others eyeball portions Curious how strict you all are and whether being super precise actually changed your gains

I track everything for the first few weeks of a cut or bulk to learn portion sizes After that I mostly eyeball and it works fine

I weigh food religiously when I prep for a show but for everyday bulking I just estimate and hit macros roughly Gains are still solid

Honestly tracking helps for accountability especially early on Once you know your foods you can estimate without losing much accuracy

I track when cutting or trying to hit a strict macro goal Otherwise I just track calories loosely and adjust weekly easier to stick to

I find tracking every gram stressful Once you learn portion sizes and calorie density eyeballing works fine for maintenance or slow bulking
