When I feel stuck I change my routine Even small tweaks like new rep ranges or different exercises help me feel excited to train again

I’ve learned to take a deload week when that happens A little rest usually brings the strength back and keeps me from burning out

Happens to everyone man I just focus on consistency Even if I’m not hitting new PRs showing up still matters Progress always comes back
