Been lifting heavy for years and my elbows/knees are starting to complain Anyone here using collagen or joint support formulas that actually help long term

I’ve used collagen peptides (10 g/day) for 12 weeks and noticed less joint ache especially in my knees Not a miracle cure but it helped

For me, glucosamine + chondroitin works better than plain collagen No huge gains but I feel like my elbows recover faster after heavy presses

Collagen is legitish It’s not going to fix bone issues but it supports tendon & ligament health over time especially if you’re consistent

I take joint supplement stacks fcollagen + boswellia + turmeric on high volume weeks My joints feel more stable not just less sore

If I skip collagen for a few weeks I do feel a tiny difference in joint stiffness When I’m consistent my elbows feel much better on bench days

I’m not a super huge believer in joint supplements but collagen + vitamin C helped me during deload weeks Could be placebo but I’m rolling with it

It’s not a magic bullet proper warm-up mobility work and keeping volume reasonable matter 10x more But collagen does feel like a helpful insurance policy
