With so many options now can you actually tell a difference in digestion taste or results

I’ve tried a few brands and some mix better and digest easier than others Not all powders are the same Some give me bloating others don’t it matters

For me Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard tastes way better than cheaper stuff and doesn’t upset my stomach as much

My protein Impact Whey tastes good in milk but on water it’s kinda grainy and sometimes gives me mild digestion issues

I noticed whey with digestive enzymes is easier on my stomach way less bloating than regular whey

Taste is totally personal Some powders taste like candy at first but give me gas after a few days Others are plain but easier to drink every day

Plant based proteins hit differently for me no bloating but the texture is chalkier and doesn’t mix as smooth

Honestly I don’t chase better gains from powder as long as I hit protein goals it’s fine But digestion and taste definitely differ brand to brand

Some cheap proteins had weird heavy metal alerts in news made me switch to trusted brands with third party testing

I’ll keep going back to the same brand now because I know it mixes well tastes decent and doesn’t upset my stomach not all powders fit that
