I prep 2–3 days at a time Ground beef rice and frozen veggies Simple cheap and no thinking during the week

Protein shake and a banana for breakfast on workdays Takes 2 minutes and keeps me from skipping meals

Meal prep basics only I prep protein in bulk and decide carbs day-to-day depending on how hungry I am
