Do you include steady-state or HIIT or keep cardio minimal How has it affected strength, recovery and body composition

I keep cardio to 2–3 low-intensity sessions a week Helps my conditioning without messing with strength

When I added too much HIIT my leg days suffered Now I stick to incline walking

Cardio actually improved my recovery Light cycling seems to reduce soreness

I run once a week for heart health As long as calories are high enough strength hasn’t dropped

During cuts I increase steady-state cardio and lifts stay mostly stable On a bulk I keep it minimal

Zero cardio made me strong but out of shape Adding a bit made workouts feel easier overall

HIIT works for fat loss but drains me fast I can’t do it regularly without feeling burned out

I treat cardio like a tool If body fat creeps up I add some If strength stalls I pull it back

Moderation seems best Enough cardio to not get winded tying my shoes but not so much it impacts recovery
