Trying to bulk without going broke. Right now it’s eggs, rice, tuna and chicken. Any cheap meal ideas you swear by?

Eggs and rice are still one of the cheapest meals out there. I used that combo a lot when I first started lifting.

Ground beef and potatoes can be pretty affordable if you buy in bulk. Good calories and solid protein too.

Oatmeal is another cheap option. I mix oats with peanut butter and a scoop of protein for easy calories.

Canned beans with rice and some chicken works great too. Cheap, filling, and easy to cook.

Good ideas guys. I didn’t think about chicken thighs or beans, that could definitely help keep the cost down.

Buying food in bulk really helps too. Big bags of rice, oats and frozen chicken can save a lot over time.
