I rotate between chicken ground turkey and lean beef with different seasonings Same base just change spices and sauces so it doesn’t feel repetitive

Egg white omelet's with veggies and some low-fat cheese have been my go-to lately Easy to switch up ingredients so it never gets boring

Greek yogurt bowls with protein powder and fruit Not really a meal but super easy and I never get tired of it

Ground beef with rice and different sauces One day it’s taco style next day it’s more like a stir fry Keeps it interesting

Air fryer salmon with potatoes has been my favourite recently Bit more expensive but a nice break from chicken

Chicken stir fry with frozen veggies and different sauces Takes like 10 mins and you can change the flavour every time

I keep it simple but add sauces like hot sauce BBQ or teriyaki That alone makes a big difference for me
