I’m seeing more people pushing high-volume programs and training 6–7 days a week but progress doesn’t always match the effort Do you think recovery sleep food stress is being overlooked more than training itself these days

I think recovery is definitely overlooked Most people focus on training harder but don’t pay attention to sleep or diet enough

a lot of people are just doing too much volume More sets doesn’t always mean more gains

Sleep is the biggest factor for me If I don’t get enough my workouts feel terrible no matter what program I’m on

There’s definitely a balance You need to train hard but if recovery isn’t there it’s pointless

I’ve noticed better results since lowering volume and focusing more on quality sets instead of just doing more

Stress outside the gym matters too Work lack of sleep all of that affects recovery more than people realise
