Been seeing a lot about stuff like Alpha-GPC and Lion’s Mane lately. Anyone actually feel more locked in during workouts using these or is it just another trend getting pushed?

Tried Alpha-GPC for a bit, not gonna lie I did feel more locked in, but nothing crazy. Like a cleaner focus, not stimmed out. Not a game changer tho.

Lion’s Mane is more of a long game thing bro, not like pre-workout where you feel it right away. I’ve been taking it for a few months maybe better mental clarity overall, but not something I notice mid-set.

Honestly feels like overkill unless your diet and sleep are already on point. Most dudes looking for focus should just fix those first before adding fancy stuff.

I stack Alpha-GPC with my pre sometimes and the mind-muscle connection does feel better, especially on pump days. Could be placebo, but hey if it works it works 😂

Lowkey caffeine still undefeated. All these nootropics and I’m over here with coffee and good music getting the best workouts of my life.

A lot of these get hyped by influencers rn. Not saying they’re useless, but they’re definitely not gonna turn a bad workout into a great one. Basics still win.

Yeah that’s kinda what I was thinking… might try Alpha-GPC just to see, but sounds like it’s more of a small boost than anything crazy.
