Trying to hit the exact numbers every single day. Being close is usually good enough.

Logging food after eating instead of planning it beforehand. I always ended up over my macros.

Guessing portion sizes instead of using a kitchen scale. My "100g" chicken was nowhere near 100g.

Thinking healthy foods don't need to be tracked. Nuts and peanut butter surprised me.

Obsessing over being perfect. Missing by 5-10g isn't going to ruin your progress.

It helped reduce muscle soreness after heavy leg days so I keep using it

Forgetting that sleep and training matter too. Macros alone won't do everything
