Greek yogurt with berries and a scoop of protein powder is probably my easiest option when I have no time to cook.

I usually go with eggs and whole grain toast. Takes around ten minutes and keeps me full for quite a while.

Rotisserie chicken is a lifesaver for busy days. Add it to a wrap with some salad and you have a solid high protein meal.

My go to lazy meal is tuna mixed with Greek yogurt instead of mayo and thrown into a wrap. Very little preparation needed.

Cottage cheese with fruit and some nuts is surprisingly filling and takes basically no cooking.

My favourite lazy dinner is chicken rice and salsa. I usually prep the chicken beforehand and everything else takes a couple of minutes to put together.

I keep canned tuna canned beans eggs and Greek yogurt around because they can turn into a meal without much preparation. Having the ingredients ready matters more than having complicated recipes.
