I usually plan the meals but leave some room to swap things around depending on what I feel like eating

I focus on getting enough protein vegetables carbs and healthy fats rather than eating specific foods every day

I plan around my schedule first because a meal plan is useless if it does not fit your daily routine

Leaving one or two meals unplanned each week gives me enough flexibility without losing structure
