I’m seeing more people pushing high-volume programs and training 6–7 days a week but progress doesn’t always match the effort Do you think recovery sleep food stress is being overlooked more than training itself these days

Been running a push/pull/legs 3-day split and it’s been working great Simple and easy to stick with long term

Once I can control the weight for all reps with good form I add weight No rush

I rest about 2–3 minutes on big lifts so I can keep strength up

Rotisserie chicken is my lifesaver I just shred it add microwave rice and frozen veggies and boom three meals done

Try prepping ingredients instead of full meals I cook protein carbs and veggies separately then mix and match during the week Feels less repetitive
