Do you train to failure regularly or save it for certain exercises Curious what’s working right now for strength and size without burning out

I don’t train to failure on big lifts I save it for machines and isolation work

Failure helped me learn intensity early on, but doing it all the time burned me out

I usually stop 1–2 reps short of failure and progress feels more consistent

I hit failure on the last set only That balance works best for recovery

Going to failure on squats and deadlifts wrecked me Accessories are fine though

Training close to failure matters more than actually hitting failure every set

I use failure occasionally when progress stalls not as an every workout rule

Once I stopped chasing failure every set my joints felt better and strength improved
