Failure training’s great in moderation If you’re doing it on every exercise especially compounds you’ll burn out fast Save it for isolation work

Photos 100% I take one every 4–6 weeks under the same lighting You don’t notice daily changes but comparing side by side over time really shows how far you’ve come
