For beginners I think tracking is super helpful Once you learn portion sizes you can get away without it

High carb days definitely help pumps and endurance for me especially on volume heavy sessions

I’ve tried both and didn’t see huge differences so now I just rest until I feel ready to hit the next set with good form

Honestly I stopped chasing motivation videos and just started setting non negotiables Gym at 6pm Meal prep on Sundays The less I leave it to emotion the easier it gets
