Full body worked best for me early on Upper/lower felt like too much volume when I was just learning movements

If you trained fasted then yeah post workout nutrition is way more important Otherwise it’s not a huge deal as long as you’re eating enough through the day

When I’m in a slump I stop chasing PRs and just focus on showing up I go in move some weight get a pump and leave Once the momentum’s back I start pushing hard again
