Sheet-pan chicken thighs, potatoes, and frozen veggies is my go-to Season everything throw it in the oven done in 30–40 mins and I’ve got food for a couple days

ground beef or turkey, rice and veggies all together I cook the meat first add cooked rice toss in spinach or peppers Easy calories and easy cleanup

Slow cooker chilli Ground beef beans tomato sauce spices I’ll eat that post-workout all week High protein high carbs zero effort

Stir-fry in one pan works great Chicken breast or shrimp frozen veggie mix soy sauce or teriyaki Serve over microwave rice if you really wanna keep it simple

One-pot pasta with lean beef Brown the meat add dry pasta water or broth sauce Let it simmer Sounds weird but it works and hits macros

Cast-iron pan steak + potatoes Sear the steak pull it out toss diced potatoes in the same pan Add eggs on the side if I need more protein

Breakfast for dinner skillet eggs egg whites diced potatoes turkey sausage One pan high protein and doesn’t feel like diet food

Rice cooker meals are underrated I throw rice chicken frozen veggies and seasoning in together Not fancy but it fuels training and saves time
