A lot of guys blame overtraining but they’re doing 5–6 hours of sleep and eating like 2 meals a day That’s the real issue most of the time

I’ve been training fasted for a while now As long as I get my pre workout and stay hydrated I feel great Just make sure you eat a solid meal right after
