A lot of guys blame overtraining but they’re doing 5–6 hours of sleep and eating like 2 meals a day That’s the real issue most of the time

Stir-fry in one pan works great Chicken breast or shrimp frozen veggie mix soy sauce or teriyaki Serve over microwave rice if you really wanna keep it simple
