ground beef or turkey, rice and veggies all together I cook the meat first add cooked rice toss in spinach or peppers Easy calories and easy cleanup

For isolation work I keep it around 60–90 seconds but for compounds I need at least 2 minutes Otherwise the quality drops

If you’re doing long or intense sessions having at least a banana or a small protein shake before helps a lot Full empty stomach never worked for me
