When I feel stuck I change my routine Even small tweaks like new rep ranges or different exercises help me feel excited to train again

I’ve learned to take a deload week when that happens A little rest usually brings the strength back and keeps me from burning out

I switch up my training goals If strength stalls I focus on form or endurance for a few weeks Keeps me motivated and moving forward

Sometimes it’s just about patience The body can’t always progress nonstop I remind myself it’s part of the process and keep going

Music and mindset for me I put on a new playlist stop overthinking and just lift Once I stop stressing about progress it usually starts happening again
Re: That Stuck Feeling in the Gym How Do You Push Past It
I ask someone at the gym to check my form Little corrections make a big difference Sometimes the plateau is just a small mistake in technique
Re: That Stuck Feeling in the Gym How Do You Push Past It
I take it as a sign to rest more or eat better When I fix recovery or nutrition I usually start making gains again
