I started cooking twice a week instead of once Sunday and Wednesday Keeps the food fresher and gives me a chance to switch things up midweek

Try prepping ingredients instead of full meals I cook protein carbs and veggies separately then mix and match during the week Feels less repetitive

Totally feel this. What helps me is making one fun meal each week like tacos or a stir fry still fits the macros but keeps me sane

Honestly it’s okay to take a week off meal prep sometimes Eat out smart track your food then get back to it Better than burning out completely
