I eat late sometimes and still lose fat as long as my daily calories are on point Timing matters less than total intake

Personally, I avoid heavy meals right before bed it messes with my sleep But a small protein snack doesn’t hurt fat loss at all
Re: Late Night Eating Bad for Fat Loss or Overrated Myth
I used to think late-night eating would ruin my cut but tracking calories proved it’s mostly a myth It’s consistency that matters
Re: Late Night Eating Bad for Fat Loss or Overrated Myth
I’ll eat if I’m hungry at 10–11 PM I’ve stayed lean doing this as long as the overall daily macros aren’t exceeded
Re: Late Night Eating Bad for Fat Loss or Overrated Myth
Late carbs can sometimes affect sleep quality for me which indirectly affects fat loss So I limit heavy dinners late but small snacks are fine
Re: Late Night Eating Bad for Fat Loss or Overrated Myth
I don’t see a difference in fat loss with late-night meals The key is hitting protein and keeping calories in check throughout the day

Sometimes I have a shake or some cottage cheese late at night keeps me full and doesn’t stall fat loss Calories timing
Re: Late Night Eating Bad for Fat Loss or Overrated Myth
For fat loss total calories matter way more than the clock That said I try not to overdo it late because it can lead to mindless snacking
