Late-Night Hunger Without the Guilt - What’s Your Go-To Snack?

Post by Randym76 »

I keep getting cravings before bed, but I don’t want to derail my calories or wake up feeling bloated. What’s something you guys eat late at night that still fits the macros and actually satisfies you?

Greek yogurt with a scoop of whey is my go-to. High protein, low effort, and it actually fills me up. Add some blueberries if you want it to feel like dessert.

Honestly? Cottage cheese with a little cinnamon. Sounds weird but it hits the spot and doesn’t wreck my macros at all.

Protein pudding. Mix casein with a splash of almond milk till it’s thick. Tastes like a snack but digests slow so you don’t wake up starving.

These all sound way better than me grabbing random cereal at midnight. Appreciate it looking to clean up my late-night habits for real.

Air-popped popcorn is surprisingly legit. Low-cal, crunchy, and keeps you busy long enough to stop grazing on other stuff.

If you’re craving something salty, hard-boiled eggs are clutch. Two eggs and I’m good till morning.

I like having a small protein shake with a tablespoon of peanut butter on the side. You get the flavor fix without slamming 400 calories.

Might try the popcorn one tonight craving something crunchy but not junky. Didn’t even think of that.

Casein + frozen berries mixed together = elite. Honestly tastes like ice cream if you let it chill in the freezer for 10 minutes.
