Greek yogurt + a scoop of whey. Takes like 30 seconds and hits hard protein-wise.

Cottage cheese with a little salt and pepper. Sounds boring but it’s clutch when you’re slammed.

I keep hearing cottage cheese is making a comeback. Might have to give it another shot.

Deli turkey roll-ups. Just grab slices, roll them, done. No cooking, no mess.

Hard-boiled eggs. I boil a dozen on Sunday and they save me all week.

Protein shake with real food blended in. Milk, whey, peanut butter. Still faster than chewing sometimes.

That’s kinda what I’ve been doing lately. Blends fast and keeps me full longer than bars.
