Do you stick to programs for months or rotate often What tells you it’s time to switch

I usually run a program 8–12 weeks minimum If strength is still going up I don’t see a reason to switch

I only switch when I stall for several weeks in a row and can’t fix it with more food or better sleep

I rotate exercises slightly every 3–4 months but keep the main lifts consistent

If recovery starts feeling impossible or joints ache constantly I’ll adjust the program

For me it’s more about phases I’ll run a strength block then hypertrophy then repeat

If I’m still motivated and progressing I stick with it Boredom alone isn’t a good reason to change

I reassess after a full training cycle One bad week doesn’t mean the program failed

Honestly most people switch too soon Consistency over novelty has worked best for me
