I give a program at least 8–12 weeks before judging it Switching too early was my biggest mistake

If strength is still going up I don’t change anything Progress is progress

I only switch if I stall for multiple weeks in a row and recovery feels off

Boredom used to make me hop programs Once I stuck with one long term results improved

I change programs after a full cycle not just a bad week
