Creatine Still King in 2026 or Overhyped at This Point

Creatine has been around forever but it’s still one of the most recommended supplements Do you still see noticeable benefits or is it just a basic everyone takes without thinking

Honestly still works for me Strength goes up a bit and I look fuller Nothing crazy but for the price it’s hard to beat

I stopped taking it for a while and actually noticed the difference Felt a bit weaker in the gym Got back on it and strength came back up

I think it’s not overhyped just properly rated It’s not magic but it’s one of the few supplements that actually does something

Been using it for years No side effects just steady small improvements Definitely a staple for me

I don’t feel it like pre-workout but over time my lifts improved That’s enough reason for me to keep using it
