High-Protein Desserts That Don’t Taste Like Chalk

[Kerry2Pn]

I’ve tried so many “healthy desserts that taste like sadness. Anyone got legit recipes that don’t feel like punishment?

[Brik#Ass]

Greek yogurt + chocolate whey + a little peanut butter + freeze it for like 30 mins. Comes out like a soft ice cream. Doesn’t taste healthy at all.

Bro Ninja Creami changed the game. Protein ice cream every night. Almond milk + whey + cocoa + sweetener… legit tastes like a McFlurry if you get the mix right.

[David Thompson]

Cottage cheese gets clowned but blend it with some berries + honey + scoop of vanilla protein… it’s basically cheesecake filling.

[GablrlBG]

Protein pancakes done right hit. Key is don’t make them dry af. Add banana + egg + little baking powder. Way better texture.

Honestly the biggest mistake is people overdoing protein powder. That’s why everything tastes like chalk. Half scoop + real ingredients = way better.

[Kerry2Pn]

Yeah I think that’s where I’ve been messing up just forcing protein into everything instead of actually making it taste good first. Gonna try that ice cream + yogurt combo for sure

[BoltXc4]

Late to this but try protein mug cake-1 scoop whey, a little cocoa, egg, splash of milk, microwave like 45–60 sec. Don’t overcook it or it turns into a brick lol. Top it with some yogurt and it’s actually solid.
