The Rise of Plant-Based Bulking: Can You Build Serious Muscle on Vegan
Talk about how plant-based proteins (pea, soy, fermented) are gaining traction. Discuss how to meet leucine/essential amino acid thresholds for hypertrophy on vegan diets
Re: The Rise of Plant-Based Bulking: Can You Build Serious Muscle on Vegan
Yes you can build muscle on a vegan diet now Pea and soy protein powders help a lot they have almost all the same amino acids as whey

To grow muscles you need enough leucine about 2.5–3 grams each meal You can get that from bigger portions of pea soy or mixed plant proteins.

Fermented plant proteins are really good too They’re easier to digest and help your body use the protein better.

Before, vegan bulking was hard But now there are so many options pea, soy, rice, and even pumpkin seed proteins make it simple to get enough protein

Mixing different plant proteins works best For example pea and rice together make a full protein like meat or whey.

If you eat protein every 3–4 hours your body keeps building muscle all day It’s not just what you eat but when you eat it too.

Research shows vegan and non-vegan athletes can build the same amount of muscle as long as they eat enough protein and calories.
