Anyone else noticing better results with smaller meals
Anyone else noticing better results with smaller meals
I’ve been eating 4 meals a day instead of 6 and honestly digestion feels way better I used to think more meals more gains but my energys up and I’m still growing. Anyone else notice this?

I think it depends on the person I do 4 meals too fits my schedule and keeps me full As long as total calories and protein are on point meal count doesn’t matter much

100% I used to believe that eat every 3 hours but it just made eating feel like a chore Now I do breakfast lunch pre workout and dinner way more sustainable

I’ve noticed that too My body handles bigger meals fine and I don’t get those mid-day crashes anymore I think spreading meals too thin messes with digestion for some people
Re: Anyone else noticing better results with smaller meals
I went from 6 meals to 4 and my strength actually went up Guess the old-school meal frequency rule isn’t as important as we thought

I think as long as you hit your calories and protein meal number doesn’t really matter

Yeah I do the same now Four meals a day feels easier and I still make progress
