Are Pre-Workouts Getting Too Overhyped

Post by Raymond zvc »

Feels like every new pre on the market promises crazy focus and insane pumps I’ve tried a few and they all feel the same after a while Anyone still using them daily or cycling off

Most of them feel the same to me too Caffeine beta-alanine some pump ingredients The labels are way more exciting than the actual effect

I still use pre-workout but only on heavy days If I take it daily it stops doing anything after about two weeks

I switched to black coffee before training Cheaper no crash and I don’t get used to it as fast as pre-workouts

I think they work better if you take a week off every now and then Your tolerance builds up quick if you use them daily

Some of the older formulas used to hit way harder Now everything’s watered down or missing the good stuff due to new regulations

I only use pre on heavy leg or push days No need for it every single session. Keeps the effects stronger that way.

Pre-workouts are fine if you know what’s in them But most people just chase the buzz instead of focusing on nutrition and sleep

I still like the ritual of taking pre even if it’s mostly caffeine Gets me in the zone mentally so I guess that’s worth something
