Does spreading protein across many meals or hitting a post workout window matter as much as once thought Include research

I used to stress hard about protein timing but now I just hit my daily total and call it good I’ll still have a shake after training outta habit but I don’t think it’s make or break anymore

Yeah bro that 30-minute window thing is kinda outdated As long as you’re eating enough protein through the day you’re solid I usually do 3–4 meals cause it keeps me full

I read some newer studies saying total protein per day is what matters most Timing only really matters if you’re doing crazy double sessions or cutting super hard

I can’t slam all my protein in two meals so I spread it out Not for any muscle building secret just cause my stomach would explode otherwise 😂

I think the timing thing is overrated If you lift eat enough protein and sleep you’ll grow The rest is just small details

I used to chug a shake right after training like my life depended on it Now I wait till I get home and eat dinner and I haven’t noticed any difference at all tbh.
