Multivitamins for Lifters Still Worth Taking
Multivitamins for Lifters Still Worth Taking
I’ve seen people saying multivitamins aren’t needed if your diet’s solid But most bodybuilders still take them daily What brand are you using and do you actually notice a difference
Re: Multivitamins for Lifters Still Worth Taking
I take a multivitamin daily I don’t feel supercharged but I sleep better and my recovery feels steadier when I don’t skip it

If you’re eating 6–8 servings of veggies and fruit every day multivitamins probably aren’t a huge deal For me they’re more of an insurance policy

I use Garden of Life multivitamin powder Easy to mix into my post-workout shake and it helps me hit micronutrient targets without extra pills

Honestly I couldn’t tell much difference in performance but my blood work got better after starting a basic multivitamin mineral supplement less deficient flags

I stopped taking multis for a while and got pretty run down Went back on Optimum Nutrition’s multivitamin when I got busy with work training and just felt more stable
Re: Multivitamins for Lifters Still Worth Taking
I don’t take a multivitamin every day only on prep days when my diet gets super strict On maintenance or bulk I rely more on whole food

I use a men’s multivitamin that’s low dose and well‑absorbed For me it’s more about covering potential gaps than boosting gains
Re: Multivitamins for Lifters Still Worth Taking
If you’re training hard your micronutrient needs go up for recovery immune function Multis probably help more for lifters than for sedentary people at least that’s been my experience
