I started with clean eating and hated it Flexible dieting lets me hit macros and still enjoy some treats way more sustainable long term
Re: Eating Clean vs Flexible Dieting Which Works Better for You
Strict plans worked for the first few months but I burned out fast Flexible dieting keeps me consistent without feeling deprived
Re: Eating Clean vs Flexible Dieting Which Works Better for You
I combine both mostly clean foods for meals but I fit in small treats if it fits macros Works best for staying lean and sane

Flexible dieting gave me better adherence You can go out with friends have a slice of pizza and still make progress
Re: Eating Clean vs Flexible Dieting Which Works Better for You
Clean eating helped me learn proper portion sizes and food quality After that I switched to flexible dieting and maintained results without stress

Strict plans feel great at first but aren’t realistic for busy weeks Flexible dieting feels like a lifestyle instead of a short term plan
Re: Eating Clean vs Flexible Dieting Which Works Better for You
I notice the difference mentally flexible dieting reduces anxiety around food so I stick to my calories better than when I tried super strict clean plans
