Eating Clean on a Budget
Eating Clean on a Budget
Food prices are crazy right now, and I’m trying to bulk without emptying my wallet. What is your go-to cheap foods that still hit protein and calories without breaking the bank?
Re: Eating Clean on a Budget
Eggs, oats, rice, chicken thighs, bro. Not glamorous but it gets the job done and keeps gains rolling.
Re: Eating Clean on a Budget
Ground beef with pasta has been my savior. Cheap, fill and pack in the macros easily.
Re: Eating Clean on a Budget
Yeah man, I live on rice, but chicken breast prices are killing me. Switching to thighs sounds like the move.

Lentils and beans are underrated, man. Super cheap, solid protein and keep you full.

Costco bulk rice and oats = a whole month of meals for like 20 bucks. Easy.
