Food prices are crazy right now, and I’m trying to bulk without emptying my wallet. What is your go-to cheap foods that still hit protein and calories without breaking the bank?

Eggs, oats, rice, chicken thighs, bro. Not glamorous but it gets the job done and keeps gains rolling.

Ground beef with pasta has been my savior. Cheap, fill and pack in the macros easily.

Yeah man, I live on rice, but chicken breast prices are killing me. Switching to thighs sounds like the move.

Don’t sleep on canned tuna. Less than a buck and you get 20g protein just like that.

Good call. I always end up tossing spoiled fresh veggies, frozen would save me money and stress.

Lentils and beans are underrated, man. Super cheap, solid protein and keep you full.

Costco bulk rice and oats = a whole month of meals for like 20 bucks. Easy.
