I live on egg sandwiches when I’m in a rush Two eggs a slice of cheese and some turkey bacon on whole grain bread Done in five minutes and packs solid protein

Canned tuna with instant rice and hot sauce doesn’t get faster than that. Sometimes I mix in avocado or Greek yogurt to make it less dry

Protein shake peanut butter banana sandwich is my go-to when I’m wiped out after training Easy calories and hits around 40g of protein

Ground beef and frozen veggies I cook a big batch once a week then reheat portions Takes 2 minutes and still tastes fresh if seasoned right

Cottage cheese with fruit and a handful of almonds Not fancy but it’s high protein and takes no prep time at all

Greek yogurt mixed with whey and some granola Around 40g protein in one bowl and you can eat it cold right after your workout

I keep a bunch of hard boiled eggs in the fridge Grab 3–4 add a piece of toast and some fruit quick easy and clean
