Re: Do You Train to Failure on Most Sets or Leave Reps in Reserve
I usually leave 1–2 reps in reserve on most sets Recovery is way better that way
Re: Do You Train to Failure on Most Sets or Leave Reps in Reserve
I go to failure only on the last set or on isolation exercises
Re: Do You Train to Failure on Most Sets or Leave Reps in Reserve
Training to failure all the time burned me out fast Backing off helped progress

RIR made me more consistent I stopped guessing intensity and my lifts improved
Re: Do You Train to Failure on Most Sets or Leave Reps in Reserve
I stay close to failure but not every set That balance works best for me
Re: Do You Train to Failure on Most Sets or Leave Reps in Reserve
Big compounds get RIR machines and cables I’ll push harder
Re: Do You Train to Failure on Most Sets or Leave Reps in Reserve
