Started skinny at 150 lbs ended the year around 168 Definitely added size but not as dramatic as social media makes it look

I probably put on 8–10 lbs of lean mass in year one The newbie strength gains were more noticeable than visual changes at first

I bulked too aggressively and gained 25 lbs… but had to cut a lot of fat off later Learned to go slower after that

Realistically if you’re consistent 1–2 lbs per month of quality weight gain seems doable early on

Biggest change was strength and overall fullness Scale didn’t skyrocket but body composition improved a ton

Year one is the easiest year you’ll ever have for gains but it still takes work Anyone claiming 30 lbs of pure muscle naturally is exaggerating
