if I had to cut everything I’d keep whey protein and creatine Cheap proven and they actually help with hitting protein and strength

it’s just creatine monohydrate It’s still one of the cheapest supplements and works Everything else is optional in my opinion

I’d keep whey protein mainly for convenience Whole food is better but sometimes it’s hard to hit protein without a shake

Fish oil and creatine would stay in my stack Both are affordable and I feel like they help with recovery and joints

Probably just creatine and caffeine (coffee) Creatine for performance and coffee instead of expensive pre workouts

If budget gets tight I’d stick with protein powder only It’s the easiest way for me to hit daily protein

Creatine vitamin D and whey Nothing fancy but they cover strength health and protein intake

I actually dropped most supplements already Now it’s just creatine and occasionally electrolytes when training hard

Basic multivitamin and creatine would be my minimum Cheap and covers the basics when diet isn’t perfect
