I keep it super basic eggs and toast for breakfast chicken and rice for lunch and some kind of meat with veggies for dinner Rotate sauces so it doesn’t get boring

I meal prep twice a week Cook a big batch of chicken, rice, and potatoes then just mix in different veggies each day Keeps things simple

Breakfast is always oats with protein lunch is usually leftovers dinner is something easy like ground beef and rice Snacks are fruit and yogurt

I don’t follow a strict plan Just stick to the same few meals eggs chicken wraps rice bowls and repeat them through the week

I do overnight oats for breakfast tuna or chicken sandwiches for lunch and a simple home-cooked dinner Easy and sustainable

My week is pretty repetitive protein shake in the morning rice and chicken midday and eggs or paneer at night Works for me

I cook in bulk on Sunday chicken pasta and some veggies Then I just portion it out for a few days

Breakfast is eggs or oats lunch is usually a rice bowl with some protein dinner is whatever the family eats but I control portions
